The two types of filters, TDZ and FIA, are specially designed for industrial refrigeration, and these high-performance and reliable filters are indispensable components of modern refrigeration industry. They are suitable for gases and liquids of all general refrigerants such as ammonia and fluorine.

The TDZ filter has two connection structures: angle type and straight through type. The TDZ type filter has a large volume, a large filtering area, and a long cleaning interval, making it suitable for use before, after, and before compressors.

The FIA type filter also has two connection structures: angle and straight through. The FIA type filter has a small volume and is suitable for automatic control devices such as solenoid valves and pressure regulating valves. Preventing impurities from causing wear and tear on compressors, valves, and other components, thereby reducing the failure rate of the system.

The filter screen and mesh plate are made of stainless steel and are rust resistant, with a long lifespan and easy to clean.

The square hole filter screen has a large flow area and a small pressure drop. Easy installation and maintenance of filter elements.

The material of the DN15-80FIA type filter housing is special low-temperature resistant steel, and it is made of forged steel as a whole, without leakage.

There are four specifications for stainless steel filters: 38,72100150 mesh (500, 250, 150100u).

General principles for selecting filter screens:

Liquid pipeline: 38 mesh (500) in front of the pump, 100 mesh (150u) in front of the electronic expansion valve, 150 mesh (100u) in front of the general automatic control component, and 72 mesh (250u) in front of the sensitive automatic control component.

Suction pipeline, screw compressor front 72 mesh (250u), piston compressor front 100 mesh (150u).

The reference principle for cleaning or replacing the filter screen is that the liquid pipeline AP>0.5ar, the suction pipeline AP>005bar, and the maximum allowable pressure difference of the filter is 1bar.
