RALK is a two-step normally closed but pneumatically open pilot valve. The refrigeration gas from the external high-pressure pipe acts on the piston, thereby controlling the pneumatic regulating valve. The opening principle of the two-step pneumatic valve is as follows

Step 1: When the pilot valve coil is powered on, the valve only opens 10% of the entire valve
Step 2: When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve reaches 1-1.5ar, the valve will automatically
Move 100% full open

Like the RALK valve, there is an external interface installed on the valve cover of the RAXK, nut and interface connected to high-pressure gas, and two AEVM electromagnetic pilot valves, one is the AEVM-NC (normally closed pilot valve) in position A, and the other is the AEVM-NO in position B

 

The solenoid valve A closes and opens the gas entering the top chamber of the piston, thereby closing or opening the main valve. However, solenoid valve B must be opened when solenoid valve A is closed, causing gas leakage in the chamber, allowing the main valve to close again

The design of the pneumatic valve RAXK is suitable for ammonia and other commonly used Freon refrigerants, used for opening valves in return steam pipes with large pressure differences, and for situations where the valve still needs to automatically close when the external pipe pressure is equal to or less than the inlet pressure.
