RACK is a normally closed but pneumatically open pilot valve. The refrigerant gas from the external high-pressure pipe that passes through the external interface component and AEVM-NC or NO electromagnetic pilot valve acts on the piston, thereby controlling the pneumatic regulating valve. The electromagnetic pilot valve is installed on the pneumatic valve cap.

The design of the pneumatic valve RACK is suitable for ammonia and other Freon refrigerants, used in low-temperature return steam pipes of liquid pump circulation and direct evaporation systems, hot gas defrosting, and applications where the normally closed valve needs to be automatically opened in a short period of time.

The pneumatic valve RACK can operate normally when the pressure difference ^P=0. The pneumatic valve must be installed horizontally, and the piston and pilot valve of the pneumatic valve must work vertically.

When the valve is closed, there is gas leakage from a small hole around the piston, but this only allows the pneumatic valve to close when the high-pressure gas flow is closed.

The position connection of high-pressure gas must be 1/4 "pipe with SW welding at the external interface.
