Product Description
The electronic water - curing device is very advanced and works under 220V power supply . It can help the condenser to antiscale , descale , sterilize and eliminate alga , activating the circular cooling water .

Condensing Coils
The condensing coils are made of high - quality seamless steel pipes with thickness of ϕ25mm.( GB /T8163) The design pressure is 1.97Mpa. All the coils have been pneumatically tested 3 times at 2.5Mpa to avoid leakage . The coils are galvanized to avoid being rotten . The slope of coils helps the discharge of liquid . The differential pressure of the coil is small .
Water Circulating Pump
Circulation pump with no steering quality mechanical limit seal , no leakage , Long service life . And the special outdoor type motor , imported bearing special configuration Card machine pump long-term reliable operation , has low power , high flow , low noise , of Excellent performance characteristics .
For example:
1) Operating condition : condensing temperature =36ºC, wet bulb temperature =29ºC.
2) The total amount of heat rejection discharged by the ammonia cooling system is 940KW.( The refrigerating capacity of compressor + the power of compressor ' s crankshaft = the total amount of heat rejection )
3) Look up Graph 2 and find out the heat rejection correction index is 1.35.
4) Calculate the actual load of the condenser :940KWx1.35=1269KW.
5) Look up Graph 1 and choose Evaporative Condenser Type MKS -1285B Its heat rejection >1269KW.
1)Make sure of the operating condition , condensing temperature and wet bulb temperature .
2) Figure out the total amount of heat rejection discharged by the system to the condenser .
3) Look up Graph 2 or Graph 3 to choose the heat rejection correction index .
4) The total amount of heat rejection multiplies the correction index equals the condensation load when operating .
5) Look up Graph 1 to choose a type . The heat rejection of the chosen type should no less than the corrected heat rejection .
