Our versatile Rolled Aluminum Plate Air Cooler Evaporator is designed for industrial refrigeration with a remarkable refrigeration capacity ranging from 1.2KW to 114KW. It seamlessly integrates with a variety of refrigerants, including R134a, R404A, R507A, R407C, and R22, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in diverse applications.

Precision engineering ensures exceptional tightness between the pipe and fin, achieved through meticulous expansion processing, providing reliable performance and durability.

Pairing with high-quality stainless electric heaters, featuring excellent insulating properties, this system guarantees efficient defrosting within a short timeframe, maintaining operational efficacy.

The heat exchange coil undergoes rigorous gas tightness testing, sustaining pressure levels of up to 2.6MPa, thereby ensuring safety and effectiveness.

With its aluminum construction and painted stan board, this evaporator caters to diverse customer needs, offering both strength and aesthetic appeal.

 

Sphere of application

High temperature type:

(Designed for cold rooms with temperatures ranging from 12ºC to -2ºC), featuring a fin space of 4.5mm to optimize cooling efficiency.

Medium temperature type:

(Ideal for cold room temperatures between -2ºC and -10ºC), boasting a fin space of 6.0mm for robust performance.

Low temperature type:

(Perfect for environments with temperatures from -10ºC to -31ºC), featuring a fin space of 9.0mm for maximized cooling capacity.

Choosing the Right Unit Cooler Model: How to select the perfect unit cooler model based on your compressor's rating conditions and refrigerating capacity?

1) For cold room temperatures around 0ºC, opt for a unit cooler rated at Q.×1.0 to match your needs perfectly.

2) For environments with temperatures around -18ºC, a unit cooler rated at Q.×1.1 is recommended for optimal performance.

3) For extremely low temperatures, below -25ºC, a unit cooler with a rating of Q.×1.27 will ensure superior cooling efficiency.

When utilizing R134a as your refrigerant, consider enlarging the refrigerant capacity (Q.) by 10% to 15% to achieve the best results when selecting your unit cooler.
