Product Description

The F-66Q series storage oil separator, with its centrifugal separation characteristics, can achieve very good oil separation effect with minimal pressure drop.

 

The gaseous refrigerant with suspended oil particles outputted from the compressor enters the oil separator, and the gaseous refrigerant with suspended oil particles contacts the spiral guide plate and rotates along the guide plate to flow. Under the action of centrifugal force, oil particles are separated to the edge of the spiral guide plate and the barrel wall of the oil separator. Here, the separated oil particles gather into larger oil droplets and flow into the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator. We have designed a carbon shaped deflector at the bottom of the spiral deflector, which can effectively prevent the separated oil droplets from flying again. A disc shaped reflection screen is designed below the deflector, and the unique design of the reflection screen separates the oil collection area independently. It can prevent the oil in the oil collection area from being taken away when the flow rate in the oil separator is too high.
