Product Description

The F-96 series secondary oil separator is designed for systems operating in full liquid refrigeration units and high compression ratio conditions. It can allow the minimum amount of oil to enter the system, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency and reducing the risk of oil loss.

The oil gas mixture enters the oil separator through a circular channel formed between the inner and outer barrels of the oil separator. Oil particles are separated onto the barrel wall under centrifugal force, where the separated oil particles gather into larger oil droplets and flow into the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator. The inner barrel is equipped with a mist eliminator woven with stainless steel wire. Thus, a barrier was formed to capture the misty oil. This barrier disrupts the mist like oil, causing them to collide and aggregate with each other
Collect and adsorb onto the mist eliminator to form oil droplets, and finally reach the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator by gravity.
