Overview:
The aluminum row (aluminum alloy wing tube evaporator) is a die-casting structure that integrates wings and tubes. It is mainly used in the refrigeration system of 20 ºC to -45 ºC cold storage, and is an ideal evaporator for various types of food freezing and cold storage.

Feature:
1. Electric defrosting function: Select long life, high temperature resistance, and high insulation level electric heating wires, and equipped with a water sink to end the problem of difficult defrosting of cold exhaust pipes.
2. High pressure resistance of the exhaust pipe: The aluminum wing and tube are formed by one-time die-casting, and the strength of the wing and aluminum tube is mutually improved. The pressure resistance of the aluminum tube is also greatly improved, and it has undergone a 2.5 airtight inspection before leaving the factory. When conducting a 4.5 pressure life test, the aluminum exhaust pipe is safe and sound.
3. The system is clean and extends the service life of the compressor: the inside of the pipe is specially treated to ensure the cleanliness of the aluminum row. Adopting aluminum alloy grades with strong corrosion resistance, the surface undergoes special process treatment, with a service life of over 20 years, and meets food hygiene standards.
4. The dual use of refrigerant fluorine and ammonia has expanded the scope of use.
 

Calculation of evaporation area:

The outer circumference of the wing tube is 0.3 meters, and the total length of the wing tube multiplied by the outer circumference of the wing tube is the evaporation area. As for Model 7, the total length of the pipes is 12, with a length of 2 meters (pipe length) of 24 meters, 0.3 meters and 7.2 meters
