RALK is a normally closed but pneumatically open pilot valve. The refrigeration gas from the external high-pressure pipe acts on the piston, thereby opening the pneumatic regulating valve

There is an external interface (12) installed on the valve cap, nut and interface for connecting to high-pressure gas, and two AEVM pilot valves according to the following optional requirements

A-RALK-NC type with an AEVM-NC (normally closed pilot valve) in position A and an AEVM-NO (normally open pilot valve) in position B
The b-RALK-NC model comes with an AEVM-NC (normally closed pilot valve) in position A and an AEVM-NC (normally closed pilot valve) in position B

The solenoid valve A closes and opens the gas entering the top chamber of the piston, thereby closing or opening the main valve. However, solenoid valve B must be opened, and when solenoid valve A is closed, it causes gas leakage in the chamber, allowing the main valve to close again
 

The design of the pneumatic valve RALK is suitable for ammonia and other commonly used Freon refrigerants. For use in steam return pipes and normally closed valves that require automatic opening in a short period of time, as well as in situations where there is a small inlet and outlet pressure difference or even ^ P=0

When the pneumatic valve is opened, there is no gas around the piston. Only when solenoid valve A closes the gas acting on the piston and solenoid valve B opens to allow the main valve to close again. The gas in this chamber leaks into the upstream.
