Product Description

The AVF valves are thre way valve with electric workinq.designed to use for defrost by hot qas.

The valves are designed with internal comunication inter-chambers, avoiding external tubes and connections.
 

Refrigeration cycle:

When the solenoid coil loses power, the B interface channel is in a closed state. The AVF valve is in the normal flow direction, and suction is carried out from the evaporator to the compressor. The connection between interface C and interface A is shown in Figure 2

Defrosting cycle cycle:

When the electromagnetic coil is powered on, the AVF internal channel switches and closes the connection to compressor interface A, and the hot gas from interface B enters the evaporator through interface C for defrosting, as shown in Figure 3

 

When the temperature or time in the evaporator reaches the set value, the electromagnetic switch off and the hot gas defrosting will end. Restart the refrigeration cycle. But the fan needs to be delayed for a period of time before it can start, commonly known as dripping time.

The AVF valve can only be connected to the exhaust integrated main pipe and is not allowed to be directly connected to the exhaust main pipe.
