RAK-W is a normally open but pneumatically closed pilot valve. The refrigerant gas from the external high-pressure pipe passing through the AEVM solenoid valve acts on the piston, thereby controlling the pneumatic regulating valve. The electromagnetic pilot valve is installed on the pneumatic valve cover interface

The pneumatic valve RAK-W design is suitable for ammonia and other commonly used Freon refrigerants used in return steam pipes and applications where the normally open valve needs to be automatically closed in a short period of time

The hot air inlet of the electromagnetic pilot valve is connected to the nut and interface (3/8 ") components on the pneumatic valve through fiber welding or welding

 

The pneumatic valve RAK can operate normally at Ap=0 and any position. But when the valve is closed or opened. There is a small amount of leaked gas around the piston, and this small hole allows the pneumatic valve to open when the high-pressure gas flow is closed. However, if the leakage gas cannot appear around the live race, or if you need a valve without a leakage hole, you must choose the RACK series normally closed valve we provide or another optional RAK-2WS series. But for the latter, you need to order two additional electromagnetic pilot valves. One pilot valve is used to close the hot gas flow into the inlet, and the other pilot valve is used to remove the gas around the piston to prevent the pneumatic valve from opening again
