RSABL is composed of a main valve AM3, a differential pressure pilot valve ACVPP, and an electromagnetic pilot valve AEVM-NC

RSABLE differential pressure regulating valve can be supplied, with position (4) connected to external hot gas injection to fully open the main valve

When the electromagnetic pilot valve is energized, the inlet fluid enters the top of the piston, independent of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve. Main valve open

When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is lower than the pressure setting value of the guide valve ACVPP, or when the electromagnetic guide valve line loses power, the main valve closes again
 

The pressure regulating room RSABL is used to maintain the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve. And it can achieve pressure regulation, which means that the valve will open and close according to the inlet and outlet pressure difference and the size compared to the fixed value.

 

The design of the pressure regulating valve RSABL is suitable for ammonia and other Freon refrigerants, used for defrosting when the solenoid valve is powered on, maintaining the pressure difference between two points in the system pipeline, and avoiding the backflow of condensed liquid and hot gas.
